We offer customizable help for your estate - whether you need us for 3 hours or 30 hours, to simply share strategic selling advice or to completely manage the process and leave your property broom-swept, we are happy to oblige to make sure you have a smooth downsizing process. Our services in your home include:

• Identification of items which hold value and providing guidance as to the best way to sell

• Advising what is worth donating and what is trash

• Purposeful donation (making sure your donated items will be of best service)

• Facilitating any or all of the liquidation process

• Decluttering

• Pre-move purging

• Packing

• Consignment drop-off*

• Auction drop-off*

• Trash disposal*

• Shredding services

• Inventory services

• Disposal of difficult items (i.e. electronics, batteries, paint, etc.)

• Audio and video break-down and/or set-up

• Ethical Estate Organizer services (working alongside our clients or independently to determine what to keep, sell, donate and throw away and to make sure there are no sensitive documents or family keepsakes in the house BEFORE the estate sale or auction)

• Storage unit consolidation, clean-out and/or effective space utilization

• Additional services, as needed (just ask and we will accommodate if we’re able!)

*depending on volume, these services may be subcontracted, but we can manage the process or offer recommendations
