Who We Are

Growing up immersed in the world of estate sales, Alli developed a strong interest in the field of antiques and personal belongings. Attending the estate sales of her grandmother’s 40-year old estate sale company certainly may have helped to shape that. She has spent the majority of her adult life immersed in the business of other peoples’ belongings. She has over 20 years of experience identifying value and advising the best strategies to sell personal property.

After offering to help a friend downsize his parents’ estate, Alli realized that this provided the perfect opportunity to solve a widespread problem and help overwhelmed people by using her knowledge that she has gained throughout her time in the estate industry. Alli’s true passion is helping people and she has found her calling - combining her knowledge and history in the estate industry with her compassionate yet efficient manner and work ethic. Alli currently resides in Richmond, Virginia with her husband and 8 year old son. She enjoys good BBQ, Chase the Corgi-Pomeranian-Pug mix, pickleball, old music, gardening and being in nature.

Meet Rudolph Wolf - he is the fourth generation Rudolph in his family. Growing up his grandma and great aunts always called him “Little Rudy”, if this feels more comfortable for you, it still sounds like love to him. Everyone else calls him Rudy or Rooster.

He was born in Kansas City, MO and raised in Overland Park, KS. At 13 he started working at Milburn Country Club collecting range balls, cleaning club heads, all while learning sweet one liners like “A bad day on the golf course, beats a great day at the office” - which he still has to 100% agree with 😊 He graduated from Bishop Miege in Y2K. He studied Music Technology at Kansas City Kansas Community College while working at a comedy club in KCMO’s Columbus Park. For years he played music in and around Kansas City with different groups in various cities with aspirations to do that professionally. Music supporting paying the bills never quite landed, so he worked in blow molding manufacturing plastics, which he enjoyed.  After a few years, he moved into a chemical and cementitious manufacturing environment. (Sidebar: This gig was still in Kansas City where he met his wife, Alli, while she had been running in the same underground music scene as he did.) There he worked under one of his current best friends and he gained an appreciation for tea, coffee and salt fish. In 2012 they transferred to Las Vegas, NV as a Plant Manager increasing his experience in all aspects of operations and business. In 2014 they moved to Nashville, Tennessee, managing a water treatment chemicals manufacturing facility.  In 2018, now with an 18-month-old they chalked up our 10th move in less than 10 years! To say he has learned a lot of lessons in moving and transitions, with or without professional movers, is an understatement. Rudy, his wife, Alli, as well as their son and dog currently live in the Northside of Richmond, VA.

He works in industrial fluid management as a Site Manager, has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and, with great fervor and excitement, is the General Manager with Chaos Organized!

The world is changing - he believes you should use all your energy and time deliberately. His goals are to serve, get one day better, learn something new each day, hone in on his craft, read more than he can ever remember and make Chaos Organized a thriving business with the best delivery, offer exceptionally high value to customers and create employment opportunities.
