Sharon
Meet Sharon, a dedicated caregiver for a disabled family member who needed help tackling the overwhelming task of decluttering her property. With some areas untouched for over 25 years, Sharon's garage, attics, and storage sheds were filled with years of accumulated clutter. Our team stepped in to help, expertly sorting through everything to determine what to keep, donate, sell, or discard. We ended up filling three 40’ dumpsters.
What made us the right choice for Sharon was our transparent and flexible approach. Dorothy
Meet Dorothy. When she hired a local auction company to sell off the contents of her sprawling home, she knew she needed help getting everything ready for the auction. That's where we came in. Our team expertly sorted through the vast array of items, separating them into sellable treasures, donations, and trash. We created curated lots to maximize value and arranged for donations and junk removal. We prepared the entire house to be “auction-ready”, meaning, when we were finished, the auction company was able to come in and point and shoot photos of their lots, then list them online.
With Dorothy relocating out of state, we went the extra mile, coordinating move-out cleaning services to ensure a seamless transition for the new owners, who were set to move in just days later. We were proud to be her trusted partner in getting her home auction-ready.
